The SD1Z system is used to remove flue gas from high-temperature boilers for solid fuels (coal). It has a maximum temperature resistance of 600 degrees C. It is made of 1 mm thick sheet metal, grade 1.4521.

The outer jacket is made of stainless steel grade 1.4509. The elements of the system are connected to each other in a socket-like manner and there is no need to use gaskets. The system is insulated with high-temperature, heat-resistant thermal insulation wool with a thickness of 35 mm.
