The SD1 system is used to discharge flue gas from high-temperature boilers for solid fuels (coal). It has a maximum temperature resistance of 600 degrees C. It is made of 1 mm thick sheet metal, grade 1.4521.

The outer jacket is made of stainless steel grade 1.4509. The elements of the system are connected to each other in a socket-like manner and there is no need to use gaskets. The system is insulated with 25 mm thick low-temperature thermal insulation wool.
