The 5GSD system is used to discharge flue gas from low-temperature boilers using ecological solid fuels for pellets (class V boilers). Chimneys for class V boilers are exposed to work in a very aggressive environment, which is why in these systems we use steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm, grade 1.4404. The outer jacket is made of stainless steel grade 1.4509.

Chimneys have a maximum temperature resistance of 600 degrees C and are adapted to work in a wet environment. There is no need to use gaskets in the system, because the elements are socket-connected. The system is insulated with 25 mm thick low-temperature thermal insulation wool.
